The installation of the Foto123® Creator desktop program is automatically performed in the language of your operating system. If he does not have this language, the installation is in English.
When the program is installed, it works in the language of the set area in the regional settings.

In Windows, click the language selection button at the bottom right -> Language settings -> Regional settings. Foto123® Creator works in the language selected in the regional settings.

When you have completed the order, you place the product in the cart. If you are satisfied with the product, then left-click on "SUBMIT ORDER".

In order to guarantee our quality, you need to provide quality photos. These are original photos taken with a camera or phone under appropriate conditions (good light and quiet hand), which are then used directly (original) to make your products.

• A suitable photo file type is JPG
• Photos range in size from 1.5 to 5 MB (may be larger but not needed).
• Dimensions (see table below)
• Resolution (between 200 and 300 ppi)

Example:

For a 10 x 15 cm print (standard photo size), a satisfactory photo size is somewhere between 1,280 x 960 and 1,632 x 1,224 at 300 ppi (dots per inch).
For a print size of 29.7x21 cm (this is one page in an A4 photo book), a photo size from 3008 x 2000 to 4256 x 2848 at 300 ppi (dots per inch) is satisfactory.
If you're not too critical, photos from 2.0 mpx (1632 x 1224) are usually enough.

Why aren't appropriate photos uploaded via social media.

Photos that are uploaded or sent via social networks (facebook, etc.) are of poorer quality (due to easier sending, their quality and size are reduced during download) and are not suitable for good print quality, so we can not guarantee quality and unfortunately in case complaints, we cannot answer. Poor quality photos cannot be improved with printing. We do not perform procedures to improve the quality of photos.

Below is an example of an identical photo in its original form and after being uploaded via a social network. The original photo (dimensions 5000x3337 resolution 300 pixels) is suitable for printing size 50x30 cm, while the transferred (size 309x206 resolution 96 pixels) is suitable for printing size for document photography, ie a maximum of 3.5 x 4.5 cm.

To check the quality of a photo, right-click on the photo and select properties at the bottom of the pop-up window. A new data box opens. On the first page, under "general", you see the file type (the corresponding type is JPG) and the size of the photos in MB (usually 1.5 to 5 mb photos are sufficient).

Click on the third "Details" tab for photo quality. Here are the basic features of photography, the most important of which are size (dimensions) and resolution, on which quality depends.

Example: A photo measuring 5184 x 3456 and 300 pixels per inch, which according to the table means that it is suitable for prints up to 49 x 33 cm.

• Assign a background to all pages: The background will be set on each page of the photo book.
• Assign background to pages: The background will be spread over two pages, throughout the photo book.
• Assign a background to all left sides: The background will only be on all left sides.
• Assign a background to all right sides: The background will be on all right sides.

To set your photo as wallpaper in a photo book, upload the selected photo to a blank page, right-click, and select one of the options under the “customize” tab.

• Background photo of one page: Right-click on the photo and select "Fit" and then "Fit to Page". The photo will be set across the entire page
• Background photo across both sides: Right-click on the photo and select "Fit" and then "Fit to Both Sides". The photo will be set across both sides.

Open the "Page" menu in the menu bar, you have the following functions for editing, adding, removing or duplicating pages.

• Add here: Adds a new page in front of the page you are currently on
• Add to end: Adds a page to the end of the photo book.
• Add more: Add any number of pages by entering the number in the pop-up box.
• Duplicate: Duplicates the page you are currently on.
• Rearrange pages: A pop-up window opens with the option to rearrange the pages. You can rearrange the pages by left-clicking, holding and moving the page to the desired location, or by moving the arrows to the left.

In the menu bar (the bar at the top left of the program), left-click on the "Insert" tab and select "Text Box" or click on the toolbar shortcut.

A text insertion box will appear in the middle of the photo book. You can adjust the frame to your needs according to size and layout.
To add text and edit, double-click the box. A text editing tab will open in the control bar on the right edge of the program.

The third tab (symbol of the letter T) is for formatting text. Allows you to change the font, size, format and alignment of the text. You can also add border and color to the font, and spacing between letters or paragraphs.

To crop a photo, double-click the photo box. The crop photo window opens.

The photo is fixed, but you can move the frame to crop the photo. You can reduce or enlarge the frame, depending on the shape of the frame (upright or landscape) you have chosen in the photo book. In the lower right corner of the frame is a symbol that you click and hold (with the left button). You can move the frame as you like, you can enlarge or reduce it as you want to crop the photo with it. After adjusting the photo frame, confirm the change with the "ok" key. If it's still not the way you wanted it, you can repeat the process at any time, even after you've "cropped" the photo.

If you want to change the look of the photo box or the look of the photo, you have options in the control system or in the "control bar" located on the right side of the window.

• Move to back: Upload the tagged photo completely to the background.
• Move for layer back: Upload the selected photo one photo back.
• Move to front: Moves the tagged photo completely to the foreground.
• Move to layer higher: Moves the photo one by one to the foreground
